Rolly KYC: no ID step for the casino, a reserved one for sports
Rolly's casino has no KYC step: its docs say “There is no KYC, so nobody asks who you are.” You sign in with email, Google, X, Discord or a web3 wallet, and balances sit in a smart contract on Arbitrum. The sportsbook is different: terms clause 4.8.1 lets Rolly request ID, proof of address, source-of-funds information or a selfie for its Betting Services.
Rolly
Monero not listedNon-custodial on-chain casino on its own ZK appchain, run by Rolly Foundation.
- Sign-upSign in via Privy or a wallet; no forms
- DepositNo KYC step
- First withdrawalNo KYC step
- Large amountsSportsbook ID allowed (4.8)
The no-KYC design applies to the casino. For sports betting the terms keep a full KYC clause, and they let Rolly monitor wallets and source of funds across the whole platform.
How the on-chain model works
Rolly describes itself as “a non-custodial platform powered by its own ZK-app chain”. In practice that means four things:
- Sign-in: more than 500 methods through Privy, from email, Google, X and Discord to web3 wallets. There is still an account interface with balance and history.
- Custody: “Player funds are held in a smart contract on Arbitrum, not in the operator accounts.” If the platform stops, a Force Exit lets players withdraw directly from the blockchain.
- Bets: signed with session keys and settled on Rolly's appchain, which settles to Arbitrum.
- Checking results: every bet page has a JavaScript verification block you can run locally with the @rolly-dev/wasm-signer npm package. No third-party smart-contract audit is named in the docs.
Pseudonymous, and public
No ID does not mean no data. Rolly's privacy policy covers your email or username, IP address, device identifiers, operating system and browser, and approximate or precise location. And the platform is public by design: “Every bet, payout, withdrawal and bonus, along with the bankroll itself, is open to anyone in Rolly Explorer.” Anyone who links your wallet address to you can read your history.
What Rolly says about KYC on X
Rolly repeats the no-KYC point in its own posts on X. On 30 September 2026 it wrote that you do not have to do KYC to play slots, and on 3 October 2026 it described signing in "with any method you like, with no KYC" and playing slots with "no documents or selfies needed". These are the casino's own marketing statements; the sportsbook clause below still applies to betting.

Where ID can still come in
| Clause | What it allows |
|---|---|
| 4.8.1, Betting Services | Rolly may “at any time and at its sole discretion” request a valid ID document, proof of address, source-of-funds information and/or a selfie |
| 4.8.3 | KYC data may be shared with sportsbook technology, odds and risk-management providers |
| Monitoring | Rolly may review transactions, wallet interactions and the source of funds used on the platform |
| 7.3 | A maximum win limit of $100,000 in exceptional cases of unusual activity or irregular play (a payout limit, not an ID check) |
| 8.1 and 4.3 | Multiple accounts, or access from a prohibited territory, can lead to suspension, voided play and confiscated winnings |
Rolly's homepage showed sports as “Back soon” on 5 November 2026. When the sportsbook returns, clause 4.8 is the rule for it. No amount is guaranteed to be check-free at Rolly: the casino has no KYC step, but the terms keep a KYC clause and wallet monitoring.

Licence, blocked jurisdictions and look-alike domains

Clause 4.4 bars citizens and residents of the United States from the whole platform, and clause 4.2 bars any jurisdiction where online gaming needs a local licence Rolly does not hold. The sportsbook also excludes Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Syria, Iran and the occupied territories of Ukraine.
Rolly's site is rolly.io, with documentation at docs.rolly.io. Domains such as rolly.bet, rolly.fun and rolly.casino are not Rolly's; rolly.bet has been reported by the phishdestroy.io scanner as a fraudulent casino page.
